Naked News Bulletins January 19 - Frankie Kennedy - Dangers of Drinks, Fish Warnings & More
Ladies, according to a newly released report titled “Canada’s Guidance on Alcohol and Health”, people shouldn’t be having more than two drinks a day. The report also considers three to six standard drinks a week to be a “moderate risk”… and says everything over that increases your risk for all kinds of diseases including SEVEN types of cancer! The report is also suggesting that drinks should come with warning labels, just like cigarettes!
Something ELSE that's apparently bad for your health, fresh water fish! The EPA is warning that freshwater fish caught in local rivers and streams have DANGEROUS amounts of "forever chemicals" in them. In fact, eating just ONE serving is the equivalent of a MONTH drinking contaminated water! The EPA recommends "forever chemicals" should be limited to zero-point-zero-two parts per TRILLION in drinking water. But some of the fish like catfish, perch, and bass had more than eight THOUSAND parts per trillion! Luckily, most COMMERCIALLY available fish tested at FAR lower levels, so sushi’s still a go, just not everyday!!
And Instagram and Facebook may be getting closer to freeing SOME nipples! In a ruling by Meta’s Oversight Board, it found that two Instagram posts depicting a topless transgender and non-binary couple – albeit with their nipples covered – were wrongly removed. Because they were raising money for a surgery, and there was a link to a fundraising page, the posts were falsely flagged for Sexual Solicitation. The Oversight Board is now calling for more clarity in Meta’s Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity Community Standard.
