How To Link GSave Account To CIMB Bank App? A Step By Step Guide

Below are the summarized steps in linking your GSave Account to CIMB Bank.
1. Download the CIMB Bank PH app on Google Play or App Store and have it opened. Allow the app permissions.
2. Tap Login at the lower right-hand corner. Tap Forgot? And click I forgot my password.
3. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for a GSave account. Tap Next.
4. Check your email and type the 6-digit security code.
5. You’ll be prompted to create a new password, and have it re-entered. Tap Next.
6. Type the 6-digit security code sent to your mobile number.
7. Tap Login. Type your mobile number without the zero at the start as your default username. Type the password you created and click Login.
8. Enter the following details: personalized username, new password (not the same with the prior password), mother’s maiden name, and gender.
9. Tap the Terms and Conditions radio button.
10. Tap Update.
11. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile number.
12. Review the email address to receive the verification link and click CONFIRM.
13. Check your email and click VERIFY EMAIL. You see a confirmation message.
14. Open the CIMB Bank PH app again and log in using your username and new password. Your GSave account is now linked to CIMB Bank app.☺
