We went to watch The Menu and we loved it! We came back inspired and wanting to recreate some of the dishes. Today we made Tyler’s Bullsh*t but better - we used lamb chops and a few other ingredients (follow along with the video for the recipe) - ours definitely wasn’t BS. In the movie, this was the impromptu course set by Chef Julian Slowik (Ralph Fiennes), as a challenge/humiliation for Tyler (Nicholas Hoult).
