Watch the long video:    • 17 Pieces of C# Syntax That Make Your Code...

It is a common practice in the design of classes to avoid any calculations in the constructor.
Just accept the values and set the fields and properties.
If that is the case in your class, then you can abandon this age-old syntax and use tuple assignment instead.
Then, you can use an even more compelling piece of syntax - expression-bodied methods.
Did you know that expression-bodied syntax applies to constructors, too? Well, it does!
This approach puts everything in a frame where the constructor only assigns values and either performs no calculations or trivial ones.
When said that way, let me introduce you to an even newer piece of syntax: Primary constructors.
A primary constructor is like any other. It takes construction arguments.
Use them to assign properties and focus on the class's behavior.
Follow the link to the long video and learn even more about the new C# syntax.

👨 About Me 👨
Hi, I’m Zoran, I have more than 20 years of experience as a software developer, architect, team lead, and more. I have been programming in C# since its inception in the early 2000s. Since 2017 I have started publishing professional video courses at Pluralsight and Udemy and by this point, there are over 100 hours of the highest-quality videos you can watch on those platforms. On my YouTube channel, you can find shorter video forms focused on clarifying practical issues in coding, design, and architecture of .NET applications.❤️
