Welcome to this "20 Min Toned Legs & Glutes Yoga & Pilates Workout - Sculpt Your Glutes" class designed to sculpt and tone your lower body. You WILL feel the burn! This high-intensity session blends yoga and Pilates to provide an effective movement session that strengthens and tones your legs and glutes while also focusing on breath and form.

ANATOMY OF THIS CLASS
This practice targets leg and glute strength, which are crucial for overall body stability and power. Strong legs and glutes support your lower back and improve posture, reducing the risk of injury. By combining yoga's flexibility and mindfulness with Pilates' core-strengthening and muscle-toning techniques, this class provides a well-rounded workout.

In this leg and glute class, we’ll practice poses like Warrior III and other standing balances to build leg strength and tone the glutes. Pilates-inspired movements, such as leg lifts and and kick-backs, will further sculpt and define your muscles. Strengthening these areas not only enhances your yoga practice, but also improves everyday activities, from walking to lifting.
