30 Day HIIT Challenge- Tuesday Workout for Weeks 2 and 4
It's my favorite day of the week, leg day! Let's get stronger together with this 20-minute dumbbell HIIT workout. I'm using a set of 25lb dumbbells and I've also got a 20lb set on hand for the second circuit ;)
