30 Day HIIT Challenge- Friday Workout for Weeks 1 and 3

Ok so full disclosure, due to a little editing glitch this workout is actually only 9.5 minutes long... you guys totally lucked out lol! Needless to say, this workout is incredibly quick but also SUPER EFFECTIVE! All you need is a set of dumbbells to get in some great upper body work... and I threw some ab defining exercises too ;) Let me know what you think of this one in the comments below.
