Collage Effect - Photoshop Tutorial
Great collage idea for the perfect photo effect to post on your social media accounts. It's an easy tutorial to follow, the video is under 5 minutes.
To recreate the effect just paste your photo on a new document with an Instagram size for an example, now pick up the rectangle tool and make a shape, then edit and transform and repeat the action as many times that you want. Now double click on a shape layer and set the stroke, now copy and paste the layer effect to the other shapes. Create a new layer and select it with the other shape layers and merge. Now with Cmd or Ctrl select the layer to mark it and after that select the layer with the photo and the marquee tool then select inverse and just delete, now with the eraser clear the shapes so that the picture is visible and make a shadow effect on the layer and you are done.
