Hi Friends, let's get it with this intermediate 1 hour yoga class. This is a free power yoga class that you can come back to any time! In this 1 hour power yoga flow, we'll incorporate yoga mobility moves and breath through a strong vinyasa flow to activate our body and mind. Strong yoga poses include arm balances, stacked standing balances, and mobility challenges.

Whether you're doing power yoga for weight loss, yoga for strength, or yoga for flexibility this yoga class serves you.

Practice this class as a 60 min yoga workout for a chance to find mental and physical strength, perseverance, and equanimity.
