Who doesn’t Love Pasta ? This is even better - PASTA CHIPS 😀 this is going to blow your mind. It’s been trending currently & I wonder why I didn’t make these earlier 😋

Here is the recipe for the Pudina Masala that you can sprinkle on top. You can put this on chips, french fries and anything snacky. It’s super chatpata.

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder
1/2 tsp Black Salt powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 Pinches of Citric Acid / Nimbu ke Phool
1 & 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Mint Powder

If baking givecthe pasta chips a shake half way through. It will take about 17 to 20 mins to bake these.
Store in an air tight container
