Foreign election interference on the rise in Canada: national security adviser
National Security Adviser Jody Thomas confirmed Wednesday Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been briefed regularly about foreign interference in Canadian elections, which has been a persistent and growing threat, coming largely from China. Thomas was called to testify at a parliamentary committee looking into allegations of foreign interference.
