Notorious serial killer Paul Bernardo could eventually get out of jail
Paul Bernardo is one of Canada’s most notorious serial killers, and it’s not like we have a shortage of them. He’s a serial rapist who stalked the Toronto area in the late 1980s before eventually turning to murdering school girls, employing his then-wife Karla Homolka as an accomplice. It's not inconceivable that Canada will eventually let him out of jail.
