When you create an accessible PDF document with Word, you should pay attention to a few small details regarding the title. In this tutorial, you will learn how to format the title correctly so that Word tags the title in the best possible way when exporting the PDF. In addition, you will learn a little trick so that the document properties are filled at the same time and thus the Matterhorn criteria 06-003, 07-001, 07-002 are automatically fulfilled if the PDF is exported correctly with Word.
We then change the role mapping in Acrobat in order to be fully compliant with PDF/UA-1 (ISO14289-1).
