What are the 4 Sex Questions/Sex Talks that every PARENT must know how to answer in order to have the bare minimum sex talk with their child? I'm Kathleen and I provide parenting tips & advice on how to talk with your child about sex, sexuality, and sexual health. Parenting Tips for parents who don't really want to be their child's primary sexual health educator but who know that they need to talk a bit about the sex stuff with their child. I believe that if a parent is prepared and has a plan for how to answer as well as talk about these 4 Questions/Topics, they will be able to give their child honest information and show their child that they are a go-to resource for sex questions in the future. 😊 Check out the timestamps for the chapters of this short video if you need to jump to a specific part.

'It's Time for the Sex Talk for Parents' is a channel designed to provide parenting tips and parenting advice on how to talk about sex, sexual health, and sexuality with their child. Many parents feel unprepared to have talks about sex with their child and I, Kathleen Hema, am here to help parents build their confidence in being able to talk about sex with their child. I want parents to know that they can provide medically-accurate and age-appropriate sex education to their child AND include their family values. Family values are an integral part to the sex talk and sex talks with your child but it is key to first explain the medically-accurate sex and sexual health information in an age-appropriate way. Then you can add in your family values. In my videos, I give examples of how to do this.
