Practicing Yin yoga while sitting can help calm the nervous system and reduce stress. The yoga poses we practice will allow you to compress and decompress, promoting better blood flow to the endocrine system.
This video has a few breathing exercises, such as deep 8 counts breathing and humming breathing.
You will need a pillow or a cushion for this class.
