Simple reboot test. Note: during SSD benchmark runs and heavy reads like during reboot, seems about 25 additional watts are used, same goes for heavy rights.
You'll see me change BIOS settings and move from iKVM to HTML5 KVM to try to ensure the accuracy of the measurements. In the end, seems to take about 8 seconds, from when Windows 10 starts booting, until the desktop/clock shows.
