Short review of the Rocky Hill Connecticut V3 Tesla Supercharger, just opened on Sep. 9 2022!
My rating is a 9 out of 10. This location became operational on Friday September 9 2022. As soon as late 2022, Tesla will be opening up US Superchargers like this one to all EVs!
The new Tesla Supercharger in Rocky Hill in central Connecticut, conveniently located 0.7 miles off of I-91 North & South. There is food and rest rooms very nearby across the parking lot, it's called Arch II Bar & Grill, featuring a family friendly fare and a full menu:

including pizza. It's open 7 days a week util 1am, and Friday and Saturday until 2am.
These 12 stalls are all very well lit, using the built-in LED area lights that Tesla delivers as part of the precast assemblies of 4 stalls each. Located along Route 3 / Cromwell Avenue:
