kWh showing ~double for my recent Tesla Solar install, but only in the Tesla App (fixed on Jul 18)
This has now been fixed for MKBHD too!
On July 15 2023, Tesla app 4.23.2 came out and caused all our solar kWh values now display incorrectly, roughly doubled. It seemed to get fixed, only to break again, but quickly a Tesla developer fixed it for good,.

I start out with Tesla App for iOS version 4.22.8, but that turned out to not really be the core issue, it was apparently something to do with the back-end configuration mistakes made in my recent installation.
I had the advantage of having a source of truth, the correct values shown in the SPAN Panel app, making it easier for me to see exactly what the issue was after I recorded the video, and Tesla finished resolving this by July 18th, at least for me. When I spotted MKBHD apparently had the same issue in his video published on Jul 28th, I reported that to Tesla, which may or may not have contributed to them resolving this issue for him too.
