2 tbsp aji Amarillo paste
¼ tsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 chile seasoning
¼ cup liquid aminos
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup green seasoning
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp adobo
1 tsp oregano

1lb potatoes
1 tbsp adobo
1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
