Spaghetti with Fresh Garlic, Oil and Fresh Yellow Habanero!!! These garlic, habanero, oil spaghetti are quick and easy to make with most of ingredients being pantry items that you may or may not already have (habanero can be replaced with any fresh hot pepper of your choice). If you have them already, it's a great way to use up excess ingredients and make this already really cheap dish, even cheaper. Please enjoy it!
Ingredients for 4 persons:
0,7lb/320g of spaghetti.
8 fresh garlic cloves.
1 fresh yellow Habanero.
Parsley.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
Method:
Clean the fresh Habanero and cut it into small pieces. I recommend using gloves.
Chop the parsley.
Clean the garlic cloves, put them in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil; drain and repeat the operation 4 times. Finally emulsified with oil (4oz/110g) and water (4oz/110g). Put in a pan out of heat and add parsley and Habanero.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. 2 minute before the indicated time, drain the spaghetti in the pan, and always out of heat, stir well.
Serve with plenty of sauce.
