Spaghetti in tomato and mushroom sauce with bacon is an incredibly simple and delicious dish that can be prepared in just 15 minutes! This delicious dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. Ingredients for 4 persons:
0,7lb/320g of spaghetti.
0,55lb/250g of mushrooms.
0,33lb/150g of bacon.
0,55lb/250g of tomato puree.
1 red onion.
Garlic.
White wine.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Method:
Clean and cut mushrooms, onion and bacon. Brown the bacon, drain and set aside.
Sauté the onion with the bacon fat, garlic, thyme and salt. Add the mushrooms, cook for a few minutes, blend with wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, a ladle of cooking water and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Halfway through cooking, drain the spaghetti in the pan and finish cooking with the cooking water. Stir with the bacon, oil and cooking water.
Serve with plenty of sauce, mushrooms and bacon.
