The Ukrainian Army has stepped up its operations in and around Crimea for the last 1 month. At the beginning of the large-scale invasion, the Russian Black Sea fleet had approximately 80 warships.
The Ukrainian army managed to destroy many of these warships by dealing a major blow to the Russians with the offensive operations it organised.
In fact, the Ukrainian army destroyed the Russian warship Ivanovets on 2 February.
Earlier, Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk stated that Ivanovets is an important Missile Ship designed to attack surface targets. It is known that Russia has 80 ships in its fleet, including submarines, landing ships, minesweepers, etc., 30-35 of which are equipped with heavy weapons.
Ukrainian Navy representative Dmytro Pletenchuk reported that 25 of the 80 Russian ships have been destroyed and 15 of them have been severely damaged!
If you remember, Russian Leader Vladimir Putin said that he would invade Kiev within a week. Similar to this discourse, the Russian media said that "the Russian Black Sea Fleet is invincible" and stated that the Russians are very strong in this field. The Ukrainian army seems to have responded to these discourses by giving the Russian Black Sea Fleet hell.
What do you think about Ukraine's attacks on the Russian Black Sea fleet?
