GREAT VICTORY! Ukrainian Army Captures New York District in Donetsk!
Russia received another shock with the success of the Ukrainian Army. Fighters of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade Azov regained control of part of the village of New York in the Donetsk region. According to Azov, the fighters also broke the siege and freed Ukrainian soldiers from the encirclement.
The 12th Special Purpose Brigade Azov participated in combat operations in the Toretsk direction to improve the tactical situation. Soldiers are participating in both offensive and defensive actions in and around the village of New York.
“At the time of the brigade's deployment to the combat zone, the situation on the front line was catastrophic,” the report says.
As a result of the fighting, the Azov fighters managed to stabilize the situation, regain control of part of New York and reach the Defense Forces, which were surrounded by the enemy.
