The CPIM-led Kerala government and the BJP-led Union government are at odds over several issues, the latest being the disagreement over revenue sharing from the Vizhinjam International Seaport, which is set to be commissioned soon. Vizhinjam is the first port project in India to get viability gap funding (VGF) approval under a public-private partnership scheme.
