Beef brisket on the bone
Potato
Cabbage
Onion
Carrot
Red beetroot
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
at the end add garlic

Ukrainian Pampushki (garlic buns)
Lukewarm water - 370 ml
Fresh yeast - 20 g or dry yeast - 7 g
Sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
All-purpose flour - 550-600 g
Baking time 30 minutes 180’C (350’F)
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
