Honey Cake! Easy!
Butter - 90 g
Sugar - 200 g
Honey - 100 g
(melt but not boil!)
Baking soda - 1,5 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Eggs - 3 pcs
(add gradually)
All-purpose flour - 450-500 g
in the fridge for 1 hour
divide into 10 parts
(for cake diameter 20 cm)
Baking time 4-5 minutes 180’C (350’F)
Milk cream (33-35%) - 300-400 ml
Sour cream - 600 g
Powdered sugar - 120 g
Vanilla to taste
Put cake in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
