In this video, I have explained that how the HR department of a company can enter their employees data in the Facilitation System (FS). FS has been launched by Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) to facilitate employers to update their employees data and generate computerized EOBI contribution vouchers on monthly basis. EOBI is a federal institution working under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and HRD and aims to provide pension to the employees of the private sector of Pakistan. EOBI registration is compulsory for business units employing five or more than five workers and award them Old Age pension, Surviors pension, Invalidity pension and Old Age grants.
