Ingredients

8 Shrimps
Soy Sauce
Tonys creole seasoning
Lemon juice
Paprika
Old bay
Salt

1 cup Grits
4 1/2 cups water
2 cups Heavy cream
1/2 stick Butter
1 1/2 cup mozzarella & provolone
1 tbsp sugar

1 pack Turkey sausage
1 large tomato
2 tbsp parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
1/2 green & red bell pepper
1 small onion
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp better than bouillon
Dash scotch bonnet pepper sauce
2 cups chicken stock
Lemon juice
2 Bay leaves
6 Allspice seeds
1 teaspoon paprika

5 strips bacon ( reserve oil)
