How to take your house out of your name and put it into a land trust even if you have a mortgage loan. Yes, I still have a house that I own in my name. I'm not perfect and I want to be transparent telling you that I make mistakes too. Back in 2008 I bought this house in my name and had a mortgage loan on it. Recently a Channel subscriber & now friend, Chris Burch, saw one of my lease option videos, did some research and found out the house was still in my name.
