This is how we evict a nasty tenant with the Sheriff. This tenant left the house nasty, trashy and down right DISGUSTING when we showed up to evict them. Lease Options are one of my legs of income in real estate. But, I have to deal with people that have challenged credit and sometimes don't pay their bills.

This is another eviction where the tenants completely trashed my place. You won't see everything because I didn't have the guts to show you the bloody tampon on the floor tied up in a walmart bag next to the bed. I didn't show you the poopie pampers and toilet paper in the TUB because I guess they didn't fix the plumbing to the sewer line. I didn't show you the toilet full of poo because the water line was broken and they didn't flush it. OMGsus, this can be a rough business, but..... IT'S WHAT WE DO!
