INGREDIENTS:
60g (4 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Tandoori
50g Besan
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
Few coriander leaves,chopped
75ml water
250g paneer, cut into 1 inch broad strips
200g cornflakes, crushed
200ml oil,for frying
Directions:
1. In a bowl take Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Tandoori, besan and corn flour.
2. Add salt, ginger & garlic paste along with a few chopped coriander leaves and water. Make a batter.
3. Coat the paneer strips in the batter, followed by a coating of crushed cornflakes. Deep fry the coated strips in oil at medium flame.
