INGREDIENTS:
For Masala Mayo Idli :-
Diced Idlis
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
6-7 curry leaves
1 small onion, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1 small green capsicum, diced
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sambhar masala powder
Salt
30 ml water
50 g (3 tbsp )Dr. Oetker FunFoods Burger Mayonnaise
Few coriander leaves, chopped

For Idli Manchurian :-

100 ml Oil
3-4 Idlis, cut into small pieces
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
¼ small Cabbage, chopped
1 small Green Capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
30 g (2 tbsp) Tomato Ketchup
50 ml Water
60 g (3 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Garlic
Few Spring Onion Greens, chopped

Directions:
For Mayo Masala Idli :-

1. Cut 3-4 idlis in small pieces.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan (medium flame) add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 6-7 curry leaves. Once mustard seeds start to crackle, add onion, tomato, green capsicum and diced ildis. Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add 1 tbsp tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp sambhar masala powder, salt and mix well.
4. Switch off the flame and add 30 ml water, 50 g ( 3 tbsp ) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Burger Mayonnaise. Mix well.
5. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve.

For Idli Manchurian :-

1. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry idlis until light golden brown.
2. Heat 1 tbsp tsp oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until garlic gets light brown. Add onion, cabbage, capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well.
4. Switch off the flame and add water and Dr. Oetker’s FunFoods garlic mayonnaise. And mix them well until the sauce thickens.
5. Bring it back to flame.
6. Add fried idlis and half of the spring onion to above sauce, stir and cook until idlis is well coated.
7. Garnish idli Manchurian with spring onion and serve.
