INGREDIENTS:
For Sabudana Khichdi:
100 ml Oil
½ bowl Sabudana/Sago Pearls
½ cup Water
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp Cumin seeds
5-6 Curry Leaves
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tsp Ginger, chopped
1 medium Potato, boiled and grated
1 tbsp Peanuts
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
30 g (2 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Burger

For Sabudana Mayo Vada:
½ bowl Sabudana/Sago Pearls
½ cup Water
1 medium Potato, boiled and grated
1 tbsp Corn Flour or Buckwheat Flour
1 tsp Ginger, chopped
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
Salt
50 g (5 tsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original
100ml Oil


Directions:

For Sabudana Khichdi
1. Rinse sabudana under water until water turns clear (This is important to get rid of all the starch)
2. Transfer the rinsed sabudana to a large bowl and add 1 ½ cup water to it. Keep this aside for 4-5 hours(do this overnight).
3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,curry leaves,chopped green chillies,ginger, diced potato, peanuts and red chili powder.
4. Saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
5. Add soaked Sabudana, salt, sugar and lemon juice with a few chopped coriander leaves.
6. Cook until Sabudana pearls become translucent.
7. Turn Off flame and add Dr. Oetker’s FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Burger
8. Mix Well and serve.

For Sabudana Mayo Vada:
1. Rinse sabudana under water until water turns clear (This is important to get rid of all the starch)
2. Transfer the rinsed sabudana to a large bowl and add 1 ½ cup water to it. Keep this aside for 4-5 hours(do this overnight).
3. In a bowl add sabudana (soaked), potato, corn flour, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a kadhai.
5. Apply little oil in hands and form 4-5 round shaped balls from the above mix.
6. Flatten each ball and place 1 tsp mayonnaise in the middle. Seal and shape it up like a vada.
7. Shallow fry the vadas until golden brown and crisp from both sides. Serve hot.
