Using SadTalker extension for stable diffusion webui for a quick test. Not as good as D-ID, but works on my A6000 fine. I think I don't mind springing for elevenlabs monthly if I can use something like this to generate the talking head videos. Will experiment with the model a bit if I get some time over summer.
