How I turned a $20 idea into a $1000 offer
Imagine paying $100 for a product you're excited about.
You get it. Open the box. And...
It's garbage.
Cheap materials. Shoddy construction. Not at all what you expected.
How do you feel?
Betrayed. Angry. Disappointed.
That's how your audience feels when you break their trust.
As a creator, you're not just making content. You're building relationships.
And the currency of those relationships? Trust.
Every time you post, every product you promote, every promise you make – it's a transaction of trust.
Break that trust? You might as well be handing out those crappy $100 products.
But here's the thing:
Trust isn't just about being honest. It's about aligning what you say with what you do.
So how do you build trust?
Be transparent. Share your process, your failures, your real life.
Under-promise, over-deliver. Always.
Admit when you're wrong. Fast.
Be consistent. In your message, your quality, your presence.
Put your audience first. Always ask: "How does this help them?"
And yes...
Trust is fragile. Hard to build. Easy to break.
But it's the foundation of everything you do as a creator.
'Cause at the end of the day, people don't follow content.
They follow people they trust.
