"Kyle Cade, the "sad boy pop" songwriter moved to LA at the end of 2015. Since he moved there with zero connections and only one friend he decided to take some workshops at The Songwriting School of Los Angeles. Through those courses he was able to hone his craft and build lasting relationships with people who are still his biggest co-writers/collaborators today. Over the past five and half years he's written for numerous indie pop artists and pop electronic artists and has recently begun to focus on his own artist project.”
“Warning Signs” was written about being in a position where you are torn between a relationship and friends. On one hand, your friends are telling you to think with head over heart because they know from experience the person you are seeing has been harmful to others in the past. On the other hand, the person you are seeing tells you that you can trust them and they’d never do anything to hurt you. You decide to dive in with your heart because of the excitement of everything.
