Today we're having to evict another tenant for not paying rent. This tenant hasn't paid rent in over 6 months and has been using Covid relief programs to drag out the eviction. My friend Mr. Bernard has been trying to pay them to leave, but they simply won't. We're at the house waiting on the Sheriff but things are feeling a little fishy as we've been waited hours. Watch to see how things pan out when a tenant tries to appeal the case the day of the eviction..
