How to stop procrastinating if you're smart & lazy 💪

Procrastination is the bane for smart people.

We can always find the PERFECT excuse why it makes sense.

But excuses don’t regulate your dopamine and, more importantly, don’t get stuff done.

And if you’re smart and you know you’re not progressing with what you want to do, you’ll probably feel terrible.

So, how do you stop procrastinating?

An idea that worked for me is:

Productive Procrastination

At any point I want to get something done – I pick 2 tasks up instead.

Now, when I get the urge to procrastinate – I don’t stop myself.

But I actually procrastinate with the other task from the pair.

Example:

I’m editing a video for YouTube.

I get the urge to procrastinate

And I procrastinate by doing design for my website.

Easy and super-effective.
