전주의 아침 - 리코더와 정가가 들려주는 노래

2024 전주세계소리축제 ‘전주의 아침’ 첫 공연은 리코더와 한국 전통 성악 중 하나인 정가의 무대를 선보였다. 바로크 리코더 연주자 전현호와 정가 가객 김나리의 노래를 중심으로, 중세부터 바로크 시대의 음악과 조선시대 풍류방 노래까지 시대와 국가를 넘나드는 새로운 음악이 펼쳐졌다. 단아하고 평화로운 리코더 연주의 정수를 올곧이 선보이면서, 수려한 성음을 통해 시조창과 가사의 전통과 현대적인 모습을 만나보자.

Morning of Jeonju - Songs from Jeongga Singing with a Recorder

The performance in this section is for a recorder and jeongga, a traditional vocal genre of the Korean peninsula. Baroque recorder player Jeon Hyeonho and jeongga singer Kim Nari will perform a wide range of music from the medieval and baroque periods’ music of the West to pungnyubang songs (performed by nobelmen for entertainment). The performers together will harmoniously present traditional and contemporary aspects of the traditional vocal genres of sijo and gasa as well as the essence of elegant and peaceful recorder playing.
