Hello, guys sorry for the poor video quality in order to fix this problem u need to install a fresh window
by making a bootable from another pc just borrow a laptop from a friend or family and install fresh windows 10. It will not lose all data from your pc or laptop if u don't format so take a good look at your drive and don't format just install at local disk c or whatever just don't format another drive.
if you don't want to lose all the data from your pc while installing new windows then make sure you don't format the disk.
