This workout will focus on a variety of movement patterns to help improve overall Mobility and Flexibility. The goal of "mobility" training is to develop and maintain, a healthy range of functional motion of a joint so that you can enhance your exercise routines by working muscles to their greatest potential. Better mobility can also provide ease to everyday tasks.
Intervals of flexibility training will incorporate Static Stretching, Foam Rolling, Dynamic Stretching and more!


Warm-up and cool down are included.
All levels are welcome!

EQUIPMENT: Yoga Blocks, Yoga Strap, Exercise Mat, Foam Roller
