This workout will focus on increasing muscular strength by completing super set circuits for two muscle groups per workout. The muscle groups and exercises will vary from week to week.
Learn to build strength through a variety of training techniques.
Finish the workout with a series of stretches for the muscle groups trained to leave feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed!

Warm-up and cool down are included.
All levels are welcome!

EQUIPMENT: Variety of dumbbells, Yoga Strap and a Mat
