Ingredients For Mutton Boil
---------------------------------------------
3kg mutton
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Arabic masala 2 tsp recipe link 👇    • Arabic Spice Making Method | How To M...  
Cinnamon sticks 3pc
Cardamom 10pc
Pepper corn 1 tsp
Cloves 10 pc
Salt 5 tsp
Dry lemon 3pc
Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat

For Gravy
----------------------------
Cooking oil 1/2 cup (around 125ml)
Ghee 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Onion sliced 3 large
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato slices 3 large
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Biryani masala 2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 cup
Hot water 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves

For Rice Cooking
------------------------------
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30)
Green cardamom 6pc
Black cardamom 2pc
Cinnamon sticks 3pc
Cloves 8pc
Salt 6 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

For Rice Layer
------------------------------
Fried onion
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Yellow food colour or saffron with rose water mixed
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cover aluminium foil and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat

For Laham Face Grease Mixture
-----------------------------------------------------
Yellow food (optional if you don't like) colour with rose water mixed
heat oven 250° degreecook for 15-20 mins

For Chickpeas Masala
--------------------------------------
Ghee 1/4 cup
Rainins 1/2 cup
Boiled chana dal (split chickpeas)
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook for 4-5 minutes on low Heat
