Ingredients
-----------------------
1Kg jesh fish
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
Lemon juice
Mixed well marinate for 30 minutes

For Fry
---------------------------
300ml Cooking oil
Fry each side 10 minutes

For Cooking

Use fish frying oil
200gm onion chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
300gm tomato chopped
3 pcs green chilli
3 pcs Cells inside the lemon
2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cups hot water (as a required)
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
