2Kg Meat with bones
Cinnamon sticks 2 pcs
Cardamom 10 pcs
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Pepper corn 1 tsp
Cloves 10 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Dry lemon 4 pcs
Salt to taste

For Cooking

1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp salt
Mixed well

Ghee 1 tbsp
Tomato 200gm
Onion 200gm
Carrots 200gm
Potato 300gm
1Pc Red Capsicums
1 Pc yellow
1 Pc green
Hot chilli 6 pcs
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)
Salt to taste
