Xiaomi PocoPhone Poco X3 - pseudo-game smartphone
Mobile gamers are smart and calculating people. That is why they are especially careful about buying a phone. The gadget should be characterized by an amazing value for money, but sometimes the user has the opportunity to get on a device that only theoretically has the functions of a gaming solution. Unfortunately, the hero of today's review belongs to such devices.

The appearance of the novelty is some of the features of the previously released Redmi Note 9 Pro. At the front, a 6.67-inch OGS display of the familiar resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels has found its place, and in terms of brightness and contrast, it is about the level of its predecessor. However, the advantages of the screen are now joined by a refresh rate of 120 hertz . The back panel has an updated design of four PV modules and interesting colors. The fingerprint sensor is still on the side, which significantly improves the usability of the device. Thus, the exterior may not like only the edging made of plastic prone to scratches and chips.

The technical characteristics turned out to be rather controversial. The newest Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor works together with 6GB of RAM and an overclocked Adreno 618 video adapter, but the resulting performance will not be enough for maximum graphics settings in demanding applications, and the number of frames per second is not off scale. On the other hand, the energy efficiency of the chip is great. The case does not heat up, the 5160mAh battery will guarantee more than ten hours of active screen time from a single charge. Internal storage allocated 64 / 128GB, there is also a slot for microSD- format cards .

The photographic capabilities of 64-, 12- and 2-megapixel (pair) cameras are far from the flagship ones, but the modules cannot be called bad either. The popular Sony IMX682 sensor copes with a variety of shooting scenarios, including evening photography. It should be noted such advantages of the phablet as NFC (contactless payments), an infrared port for controlling household appliances and a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, in the end we got an Android smartphone, which is still difficult to consider as a full-fledged gaming one. But the rest of the model is at least good.
