I’m a 27-year-old Italian chef from Abruzzo, born and raised in the heart of Italy. 250g Biscuits (Your favorites, keep in mind the color, you need the contrast with the chocolate)
200g Chocolate (Dark or not)
100g butter (Salt might be an interesting flavor twist)
50g sugar
100ml Milk 35g Cocoa Powder
Powdered sugar to cover at the endSome of the variants I love:
50% cocoa powder 50% Coffee powder
Nuts together with biscuits or just nuts (Almonds or Pistachios are my favorite) No milk, for a more intense flavor
Nutella instead of melted chocolate, I find it to sweet but is very popular in Italy
