Tiramisu cake - Easy no-bake dessert recipe

Tiramisu is considered one of the most authentic Italian dessert (and it is) but it was invented just in the 1980’s in Treviso, a city in northeastern Veneto region.
The word means "Cheer me up" (Tirami - sù).
The reason is simple: the coffe and the amazing texture and flavor will definitely cheer you up!

INGREDIENTS
-Eggs (9) or 1 every 100g of mascarpone ,
-Sugar (180g/ 3/4cup+2tbsp),
-Coffee (About 400ml/ 2/3cups)
-Cocoa powder (to taste) ,
-Lady fingers (About 350g/12oz)
-Mascarpone cheese (900g/4 cups)

FACTS and TIPS: 👨🏼‍🍳
You can season the coffee with milk, sugar or cream. I personally like leaving it as it is.
To make it kids friendly you can either use decaf or chocolate milk to soak the lady fingers.

Try to get fresh, organic eggs, maybe from a farmer you trust.
You can also pasteurize the eggs. If you do make sure to bring the eggs white back to fridge temperature before wiping.
