Ingredients for Mutton bowling

Mutton 1½kg
Cardamom 10 pcs
Cinnamons stick 3 pcs (3 inches)
Cloves 10 pcs
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 2 tbsp

For Cooking Masala
_______________________________

Basmati rice (Soaked 30 minutes before) 2½ cups
⅓ cup ghee
Cinnamon 2 pcs (2 inches)
Cardamom 8 pcs
Cloves 10 pcs
Chopped Onions 1 medium
Chopped Tomato puree 2 medium
Lemon powder ½ tsp
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
Arabic masala 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water 1¼ little
Green chillies 7 pcs
