Why don't you have a six-pack yet?
Here are some tips from me:
1. Do as many reps as it takes until your abs burn (I do 60 reps of each exercise).
2. Your ab workout should last at least 20-25 minutes – it's a huge muscle, no different from your chest muscles, which you train 4 times a week for 1.5 hours – think about that.
3. Of course, you need to have no more than 13-16% body fat for your abs to be visible. Calculate your body fat percentage by searching "body fat calculator" on Google – if it's over 16%, it's time to start losing weight.
